Hello, :) I am a permanent resident of United States residing in Hawaii and I'm a High School graduate. I'am planning to take my College to my native country since college here in US is more expensive other than that, I've been applying several times for scholarship and got denied. I am currently signing my re entry permit back to my native land and planning to "expedite" my papers. I'am a little bit confused about the 2 PREPAID EXPRESS MAIL. Are you gona put something on it? Like an address on the envelopes? Do you have to put like a letter or just leave it empty?

Also, i would like to ask about how many days it usually takes I get an appointment for my biometrics.? After my bio, I can leave the US right? Without waiting for the approval. Thankyou so much :))
