NEED HELP PLEASE WITH I864

Hi all ,

i have a little dilemma that i need a help with please.

I am the petitioner for my wife, i didn't make enough last year so i found a co-sponsor. My wife had the interview last week, everything went good, but they asked for a another i864a filled and signed by the co-sponsor's wife ( even IF she doesn't have a job or a w2), his wife didn't want to sign the form, so i am stuck of what to do since i don't have any other sponsor.

i just got a raise in the beginning of this year and i make above the poverty line now.

My questions are:

can i be able to resign my co-sponsor and send my last 2 paychecks that shows enough income?

will they accept them since my last 3 years w2 shows income below poverty line?

Please share your experiences or any similar cases.

How much above the poverty line do you now make? Is this a permanent raise and is your employer willing to send a letter stating so? If so, sending jut your amended income may be enough, though a co-sponsor would be safer. Can you ask more friends/ family/ people at the mosque etc?
