Hi, I filed my 601 waiver through the lockbox and they received in Nebraska on Dec 7, its been a little more than 2 months now and I want to know by when I should get a decision on my case? My lawyer said that my husband being in the military for five years and now an Iraq vet would help to get an approval, is that true? We've been married for five years and I miss him so much

Are you doing parole in place?

When did you file for the i601 waiver? NSC received it December 12, 2012, and I still have not received a response. I, too have a clean background. In addition, I have a 4 year old waiting for me, and a 10 month old baby girl....I'm desperate and want to go home ASAP to be with my family....
