hello all.

we have been sent our AOS interview letter. dated Feb. 27th. 2013

it seems to me as if they are asking for things that we already sent with our initial packet.......

if anyone could please give me a checklist of documents that ACTUALLY need to be brought, based on K1 entry.

also, for EVIDENCE of relationship......do they wish to see past photos/evidence or since our entry into states?

We have a 10 month old daughter, lots of photos, marriage license, were both on birth certficate of daughter.

Although...at the moment we are living with American spouses parents and theyre name is on the rental lease, We are using american spouses mothers extra car in her name.........

what should we use for evidence?

what else do you suggest as evidence?

And enter 'evidence for AOS interview' in the search box here on VJ. It will provide plenty of posts listing what you need to bring to the interview.

This is not meant as a rude reply. I truly think this is the best way to answer your questions.

I'd bring as much evidence following your move as you can to show that the marriage itself is true (I did bring older photos just in case though, since we had years of history). They should understand if you don't have a lot since you haven't been married very long. At our interview they were most interested in our lease agreements, photos of us together/wedding photos, my being on his insurance (brought card photocopies), and my being the beneficiary to his insurance (though she also looked at the phone bill I brought and the bill for the large bed I paid for by myself - I'm a short person, heh). Stuff like cards from family they will take, but I don't think my interviewer even looked at them.
