There is nothing in the tiny paragraph of instructions for Form G325a that says copies of divorce certificates are required. But in the Visa Journey Tips For Filing AOS from K-1 Visa it says to provide divorce certificates. Can someone tell me if I need to send them again? We already supplied copies when we filed for K-1. Thanks

Did you mean evidence for the I-485 adjustment of status form? The G-325A is a form that is required to send with the I-485. It does not require any other documents on its own. When adjusting from a K-1, the divorce decree is not required, though you may want to take the original and a copy of it with you should happen to get an interview.

12. Evidence of Eligibility >> B. Based upon admission as a K-1 fiance(e) of a US citizen and subsequent marriage to that citizen

Attach a copy of the fiance(e) petition approval notice, a copy of your marriage certificate, and your Form I-94. Arrival/Departure Document.

Yeah, not sure why the tips state to send it when it is not listed as a requirement in the I-485 instructions. It is only a requirement for those that are adjusting from something other than the K-1, where you already provided that information and proved you were free to marry to get the visa.

I would just bring it to the interview, just in case they would ask for it then. Of course anyone can simply add a copy in with their AOS paperwork if they wish. It is not required, but won't hurt anything.
