If it has the box passport checked he must send it in! Not doing it will just prolong the process and might raise more issues. Why not just do as asked and get it over with? Yeah you gotta be apart

Its simple, if the box is checked asking for you to send the passport, you send it!

It also has the box passport checked. It's at the end of the paper on the second page. Right after medical examination results.

He did report his name change on all forms. The CO wanted to know why he changed it.

If it has the box passport checked he must send it in! Not doing it will just prolong the process and might raise more issues. Why not just do as asked and get it over with?

Yeah you gotta be apart for a while but you got the rest of your lives to make up for it..

DOes it matter though? Nich-Nick's post seemed to indicate it did not matter.

Of course it matters if they ticked the box for the passport!! You think they ask for the passport just for fun?

Had they not asked specifically for the passport then no you don't send it, but now they did. I know you want to see him but I really don't understand why you wouldn't send in what they ask for when they ask for the passport??

If his papers check out they will put the visa in his passport and he is good to go!
