CR1 Application & Police records certificate

Hi, we received our I-130 approval few days ago and are now starting the 2nd step of our journey through the CR1 visa application. As I know they gonna ask me for my police records certificate from the places I lived in, I had a question: I spent 7 months in Australia on a working/holiday visa. Do I need to provide one for this country as well?

the NVC intructions for police certificates state to get one for every place you have lived for 6 MONTHS ( not 12 months) or more since age 16years.

Working/holiday travel is not living. He did not domicile there, he was simply visiting. It was a work/vacation trip. But his residence was back home. No police certificate needed.

And yes, the rules are ambiguous about whether you need to reside 6 or 12 months in the foreign country to request a police certificate, but he did not reside there. And he need not cite it as a place where he "lived" in his history on the form.

Thanks for those highlights! Indeed, a working/holiday visa should not be considered as 'living in the country'.
