after the NVC recieved the DS 3032 ( choice of agent ) from the beneficiary, whats gonna happen next? coz its been 10 days since they recieved it and didnt hear anything from them.

The next step is you get issued an Immigration Visa Bill which you have to pay 230 USD. Then submit form DS 230 and civil documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, police certificates, etc). You can check wether they issued your immigration visa bill by checking on the online portal. You'll need your case number and invoice identification number to login.

If they have not issued the immigration visa bill yet, you can resend the DS 3032. What you can also do is: give the NVC a ring, and ask them whether they are ready to invoice the Immigration Visa Bill. In my case I waited 15 days with no answer. I called them and on the same day I received an email notification that my IV Bill was ready.
