For my 7 years old daughter I applyied I485 during March 2012 paid a fee of 635.00

Also applied I131 during same time and got approved. valied for 1 year

My attorney did not applyed I765 then (I see that many people applied and got the EAD COMBO CARD)

Last 2 weeks back i submitted new I765 and I131 for my daughter. I765 got approved and I131 got rejected.

Reason : Fee not attached.

I was confused and when checked the Webesite - It is clearly mentioned that "Note:If you are filing from 1-131 application type B or D, you filed a from I-485 on/after July 30, 2007 with a fee, and the form I-485 is still pending, then no additional fee is due for Form I-131."

I called USCSI support and person whome i spoke first said i don't need to pay the fee - then he took some time to verify, came back and said as this is the second time - i have to pay. I asked him how much and he wants me to look the documentation and I don't any ifnormation in the documentation..

Any suggessions highly appriciated.

Thanks

There is no fee for either an I-131 or an I-765 if they are filed concurrently with or subsequent to an I-485, when filing the I-485 on or after 30th July 2007. The misinformation line was wrong if they told you that this was the case; you can file as many I-131 and I-765 applications as you want while the I-485 is pending and there is no fee for any of them.

Send in the I-131 application again, together with a copy of your daughter's I-485 NOA, and with a cover letter stating that they erroneously rejected your application previously. You may want to print out and highlight the portion of the form's instructions where it states there is no fee, just to make it extra simple for them.
