Filing the I-129F while living abroad

Hello! I'm so grateful for this website! I will be sending the I-129F petition as sson as my birth cert arrives from home. I am serving in the Peace Corps until August of this year. So I am wondering if I should put my mailing address for here on the form or my parents' permanent address. I have read that USCIS doesn't send mail to non-US addresses. Is that correct? Just need some advice on whether I should list my address in Africa or my permanent address in the US. Thanks for your help...as always!

I would put your parents address but also include letter with application that you are serving in peace corps oversees but that your parents address is your permanent address

Ok. But if I do that, would they send the hard copy NOA2 to my parents' home? I have seen that he's supposed to bring a copy to the interview. Any thoughts? Thanks so much!

I'd list your own address abroad, we filed from Australia and had no problems, they will send all the forms to you.

Hi,

If anyone can help with this. I got a rejection letter last week saying that the form was missing my address. I am the petitioner living abroad with my fiance in Ireland and I put my address on Ireland on the I-129f form. All fields were complete so I am lost on what I am suppose to do when I resubmit? I've had no luck in getting answers from USCIS when I have called, they have transferred me to a tier 2 agent to try and help and after waiting for literally 2 hours the agent asked to put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back a 4th time and left a number they could call me back on and of course they called at 1AM while I was sleeping!

Please help!
