Did you list him as a K-2 on the DS-156K form?

Is he less than 21 (or is that 18) years old?

Has it been over a year since your K-1 visa was first issued?

Email the Embassy and ask. It's that simple.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

i didnt get him a passport yet,but if he has it can he come here then?

does he have to undergo medical examinations?

uhmm much easier if you did get him a passport before you left the phil. but that's fine, your representative in the phil. can get him a passport but u need to send them a power of attorney from you and what i know you need to get the SPA from the nearest phil. embassy to you there in NY... yes he need to go to the SLEC for medical too...
