Friends I have some questions regarding I-864, please help!

1. I (the pettioner) have to send AOS package , but my income is not sufficient, so I have to use joint sponsor. My question is - Does the joint sponsor sends his filled I-864 seprate or does he send it to me and I send mine and his I-864 together or either way works?

2. I have been living outside the US for last 10 months (but it is temporary)- Can I still put the US as my Country of Domicile?

3. It is February, but I haven't filed my 2012 Taxes yet - Can I use my last 3 year Taxes (2009, 2010, 2011) or should I go ahead and file my 2012 taxes and use it for my I-864?

1. Either, but generally it is better to send everything together in one envelope.

2. Yes, but they may ask you to prove it (have furniture in storage, bills, valid drivers license etc)

3. You an use 2011. 2013 won't be required until after the deadline in mid April.
