I got a letter for attending oath ceremony ( Form N-445) after successful interview.

I applied on the basis of 3 years marriage with a US CITIZEN. I had my passport, green card. This was my first entry to the USA. I never left the USA even for a single day except for 3 days trip to the USA. So, I never ever have any kind of reentry permit.

My question is ???

Form N-445 says that bring

- Any immigration documents you may have

I am confused what is this. Can anybody explains please. And also in Oath Ceremony do I have to bring the whole documents that I took during my naturalization interview or just what they are asking.

Thank You.

The letter is asking you to bring any immigration documents, you have to turn in any green cards or other documents ( EAD/AP) you were given during the process.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

Have to admit that confused me also, so tossed our big brief case in the car just in case. All they wanted was that oath ceremony paper and the green card. Never asked us for our EAD or conditional green card, worthless anyway, both are long ago expired. But we also paid a lot of money for those.

Who knows if the USCIS loses all our records and wants proof of my gals citizenship and journey. Those four cards are not taking up any space and are buried with the certificates of citizenship.

Really not paranoid on this subject, was going to pitch all of my military records. Those were all destroyed in a fire in St. Louis, but since I kept all the originals, enjoying some VA benefits now. If I did pitch them, would be SOOL.
