latest form that now expires on 12/31/2015 has anyone used it? I just saw it today and i was going to use the new one but some things are so problematic like address field said special characters allowed but it's not taking any spaces. for number 18. also not taking spaces for number 15.

Is anyone dealing with this ?

I've noticed that too. I've found that turning off JavaScript in Adobe Reader will stop it from doing that and allow you to type whatever you want. (don't know if turning off JavaScript disables any other features of the form though) Whoever made the PDFs really screwed up.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

:thumbs: the original worry wart here prints out three copies in case I mess up one :)

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

27 Feb 2014: Whoa, life happened. Planning move "back home" together to Republic of Ireland by end of April.

29 Apr 2014: POE Dublin through Heathrow

15 May 2014: Received formal residency/work permission (GNIB card with Stamp 4, one year renewable) for the ROI
