I am in Brazil waiting my waiver I-824 process but I really concern about my kid.

Please help to fight and give me some suggestion on it.

Please fill in your timeline so we can figure out where exactly you are in the process; it would also be useful to know what exactly you need a waiver for.

In general, I would say there'd be a chance for you to expedite the visa process based on the medical and support needs of your USC son. However, the waiver process after interview generally cannot be expedited.

the reason about I-601 waiver and my lawyer applied to I-824 so I can make my interview in Rio de Janiero, but the process time is 3 months to I-824 and more 03 months to ds-230 so I need go back asps because of my son's behave on this new medication.

Best regards/Best wishes,

Barros, George
