Hi everyone! We recently submitted our suporting documents for an RFE we received 2 about 2 weeks ago. We still haven't received a NOA for this but wee need to do move urgently from our apartment. We have major problems with our neighbors on the 1st floor and they are basically driving us out of our home. We live really stressed out that they are going to take our mail and we need to move temporarily to my parents house until we reach settlement on the house we are buying next month. My wife came on a K-1 visa and daughter on a K-2. I read that we need to submit online a AR-11 and since I am the Sponser, I need to mail a I-865. Do I need to submit 2 separate AR-11's? One for my wife and one for my step daughter? They both have separate A#'s so I'm assuming I need to do one for each. But the RFE came only for my wife since the K-2 really is just 'taged along' with all the paperwork. Should we worry about receiving something in the mail like an NOA or maybe even a decision to our address where we are leaving?

I know I can go to the post office and forward my mail but we live in a duplex and all mail (1st and 2nd floor) gets put in the door slot together. I don't know if the mailman or post office will specifically separate my mail and wifes mail from the other mail that gets delivered. Also i don't want to use a forwarding address because sometimes they still get delived by mistake and I don't want these neighbors knowing my parents address where I will be staying...

Just to be safe file a AR-11 on both, (I am not an expert on this) forward your mail to the new address. Suggestion find a UPS/mail box etc/ store or similar mail location not a US post box, that has boxes and rent one and have all your mail forwarded there, then you do not have to change again. Mail is secure and if your home does not go through you are OK. UPS will also accept packages, etc.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
