Did any of your friends or family take any pictures of you two together? If not you really need to include them in your gatherings next time he visits (which he will most likely need to do since you will be given an RFE or outright denied since you have no evidence now). Always make time to take photos when you are together and include friends and family when you are out. Also do your best to get pictures that are not just staged or posed. Simple candid shots of you and your fiance doing things together are the best.

Please do your best to let him know that he is likely just throwing away the filing fee if he continues without evidence. A denial at this point will be costly.

Yup, waste of money to file without the required pictures.

believe me without pictures together as proof of evidence will definitely gives you an RFE and you cannot give what they want you will be denied..

my fiance had been so stubborn about this picture thing and did a waiver but no sense we got just denied last year..

I have my own thread please search if you want and read all the advices I got there..

(cannot produce photo is the title)

It'sup to you guys but if you cannot produce photos you will be likely get denial..

♥♥God gave you to me. I asked Him why, He said, “Because he can fill your life like no one else can.” ♥♥I love you and I really miss you so much luv!♥♥Hope to be with you soon and have a happy family!♥♥

Yep, it's very bad but the truth is, do not even bother to apply without the photos. It's the one piece of evidence they actually look at at the Interview. Without them, you have about 0% chance unfortunately.

He'll have to find a way to make another trip to the Philippines.

If I may.........

You will not get approved without the pictures as already mentioned.

My suggestion is since he has to come back out there before anything can be don is this....

Have him come out and get married in the philippines. Then you can file the I-130 for spousal visa. It will also save you the 1000 dollars for the Adjustment paperwork.

Then when the I-130 is approved you fly out there. About the same amount of time, especially since he has to come back.

Picture is number 1 requirements during the interview as a proof of your relationship. Then engagement ring and receipt. thats what the asked from me during my interview. Try to find a picture even just 2 or 3 pictures of yours and him and pictures with your family and him.

This is the I-129F petition process, interview is about 6 months later, just the same pictures of them together are listed as required evidence.

Thank you very much for all the replies. I already discussed everything here with my fiance however he still decided to hire rapidvisa and undergo the filing process, now I guess

we will both wait for the rfe or denial of his petition. He mailed the paperworks to rapidvisa last Friday and they should get it today. I am only hoping that he will listen to

any instructions from rapidvisa guys if they suggest that he really needs to come back here again for the pictures.

I have no problem in waiting for him,I am a very patient person.

I could wait for a longer period of time as long as I know we are doing the K1 process the right way.

I am just worried about his "pending" disappointment, waste of time and money.

Again, I am really thankful for the explanations you have given me.

In addition to your fiancé potentially losing his money he should also consider the wasted time. It's currently taking around 6 months to get a petition adjudicated. After let's say 6 months and your petition is worked on I don't think you would get an outright denial, I think you would likely get an RFE for the pics. If you can't satisfy the RFE then you would get the denial. But that's more time being lost. Best to stop the process now, have him come back out and see you, take the pics. Even if it means he can't schedule a trip for many months down the road.

Lots of great advice here and from people who have received RFE's for trying without pics.. I agree that he needs to take a quick trip to see you and take some pics. The money that will be wasted will be close to a ticket price. Have him go over a weekend and take two days off from work, short trip.. It has to be done..

And by the way, there is absolutely no reason he should be mad at you.. You did absolutely nothing wrong. And you sought out great advice from first hand knowledge and accounts. Tell him to sign up on here, read the info, cancel rapidvisa and get all the requirements. Good luck..

ya for sure cancel rapidvisa, the GUIDES here work extremely well.

Between the money saved from not using rapidvisa, the money wasted on a useless petition filing... the flight is almost paid for.

And think of all the many months of waiting saved!

As of 2:30PM manila time, Rapidvisa has already sent out the K1 Packet to the TX Lockbox Facility.

My fiance just left the US for a job assignment today and rapidvisa asked him about the absence of our pictures, yet still they

sent the application. What saddens me is their lack of explanation to my fiance regarding the possibilities of our situation.

I would have appreciated if they suggested to him if he could go visit me again for the picture taking because he believes that

it's ridiculous that we won't get approved just bec we didn't have 'em even if I already raised him the fact that I sought advices here in VJ. :(

I have learned so much here in Visajourney and could only hope that our relationship can withstand the consequences of this K1 process due to our

lack of photos taken when he was here 3 weeks ago.
