Depends on the child's age. Under 14 the filing fee is less. The G-325A isn't needed and the biometrics fee isn't needed. Look at the I-485 instructions.

Yes, she has to send the same forms too on the K2 child. I came her as K1 and My son K2. I filed for us a separate file, but sent it on the same envelop in the mail. Both of us are sent notices for any AOS process.

Yes and pay the same amount for the EAD and application of AOS.

If the K-2 is over 14, then send a complete duplicate package for the K-2. I have just went through submitting for K-1, K-2, for AOS. I made the common sense assumption that since the Affidavit of Support included the child and that the K-2 AOS is based on the K-1 AOS, then only one set of documents for the Affidavit of support was necessary. I received an RFE for all the information for the K-2. The instructions are confusing in that in one place it says that the K-2 AOS is based on the K-1 AOS, but in another place it says to send everything for the K-2 as well as the K-1. Do not apply common sense to this. Just send two complete packages, one for each. You only get to send them in the same envelope together.
