Need Advice.......

well here is the thing I need advice on this situation, I filled my I-130 in December with a mcn case number, and I noticed that the dates on when I might get an approval keep moving further and further and now I don't knw how long is going to take, and I found out that my husband got very seriously sick, something has to do wit his heart, ive lived with him for 2 years and I just got back on October 2012, now I don't know in his condition should I move back and stay with him or should I stay here in the us, the reason to my return to the us was because I wanted to try to get everything ready for him, get us a place and have a job and so on and so fourth, now I don't know what should I do, and If I went back, what do I do for the rest of the procedures about the rest of the paper work,i realy don't know what to do, any advice would be very helpful, thank you, I knw It soulds alittle personal but I really cant think any more since there are a lot goin on, so any help would be appreciated.

Hav e you thought of requesting an expedite? Call USCIS and ask what you need to send to them and request one. Won't hurt. Sorry to hear your husband is sick.
