My fiance and I are about to start filing for the K1 visa. But we have still yet to file a CBRA for our daughter who is 1.5yrs already (just been slack!). Am wondering if we should file both visas at the same time or do one first before the other???

Thanks in advance :)

It doesn't matter, since CRBA is quicker than the visa, but they will require you to have done CRBA when your K1 interview comes around, so might as well get both going asap.

Thanks :)

Does the CBRA also require an interview? For the K1 visa I will need to fly to the consulate as it is in another state, or is the CBRA mainly paperwork?

You do need to appear in person with the child (and preferably the father, though it is not absolutely necessary).
