Hi everyone,

We are in the process of trying to find a civil surgeon in the Las Vegas Area. I have the list from USCIS. The problem I am running into isthat we have insurance which will cover all of the required tests and etc... but the doctors I have called so far will not take my insurance completing the I-693... Anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you!

You may find a civil surgeon in Las Vegas area who can transcribe your I-693 for less than $50 or the entire medical exam for around $100.

Suggestion is that you pay for the paperwork, insurance companies do not pay for immigration paperwork, that is on you. Medical stuff you can submitt to your carrier once on your policy, work for us that way. A friend of mine paid then filed for reimbursement.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
