I was wrongly accused of fraud back in 2010 I got a call from the police department I turned myself in I was in jail for a week after 2 months of thorough investigation the case was administratively dismissed due to lack of evidence, now I am about to send in my application for naturalization application. Is this going to be an automatic denial, will I be placed on removal proceedings, I have all court papers showing case was dismissed and expunged from my record, although I know the FBI have the record... PLEASE help I am scared out of my mind. Thank you all in advance.

If you were not convicted of a crime I don't see how they can hold it against you.
