Hi All,

Happy New to all VJ. I need your opinion.

My parents are US Citizens and they filed for my siblings unmarried above 21yrs and the priority date is May 31st 2011.

I would like to find out if my my junior brothers will be granted a visiting visa to come see my parents, because my father have been having some health issues and it has been very long he visited my junior ones back home in Nigeria due to his health issues and he would like to see them, but due to his health issue he can't travel now, so we want to see if we apply for a visiting visa for them to come and visit him just for a month and go back. Do you think they will be issued a visiting visa when the case is still pending. Please kindly send me your views. Thank you all. We are Nigerians.

No, I do not thing they will be granted tourist visas.

They have a pending immigrant petition and they are from Nigeria, the toughest consulate to deal with

Sorry, unless they have substantial ties they probably won't be granted one.

good luck

Surely they can apply for visitors visa, however they need provide very strong evidence that they will return back home and not try to stay in US while visiting.

So best thing would be to check with consulate what is required before they apply for visitor visa.

Good luck.
