Hi Everyone! I was browsing the forum and I noticed there was no thread for those who filed the I-130 in July 2012, so I decided to start it.

Anyways, I am a US citizen, I filed the I-130 for my spouse, our priority date is July 20, and our application is at the California Service Center. So far, I have only received NOA1.

Has anyone who filed in July 2012 received NOA2? (Maybe someone who got really lucky?)

P.S. Also, I noticed when you try to find the processing times on the USCIS website, it does not allow you the ability to check the times for the California Service center nor does it list the times for US citizens filing for their spouse. I called USCIS Customer Service a few days ago, and they said the last application that they processed from this category was the application with a priority date of May 21, 2012.

I hope this information was helpful and if anyone else has any info, please share. Thanks and my best wishes for everyone!
