MY FIANCEE IS GETTING HER W-2 IN THE SECOND HALF OF JANUARY, AND SHE WILL ACCOMPANY ME IN THE INTERVIEW AS WELL. SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I CAN USE HER LAST PAY STUB AS HER W-2, BECAUSE MY INTERVIEW DATE IS JANUARY 17, 2013. I HAVE THE AFFADAVIT OF SUPPORT,1040, EMPLOYER LETTER,AND PAYSTUBS FOR THE 1YEAR AND A HALF.

I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS EXCPET THE W-2. plz help me out what should i do??thanks

If you are asking about a W 2 for 2012 it wouldnt help much. A pay stub with YTD earnings would be ok. She also would need tax transcripts or if she submits her past taxes she must include every supporting document. Transcripts are better for this reason. They are free from the IRS.

Good question.

The timeline indicates that the case is under "Administrative Review," there is no review of the visa interview posted as of yet. :unsure:

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
