Hello,

I am a petitioner and received a letter from the American Consulate General in Cd. Juarez. The letter came to my U.S Address, but the letter says my Fiancee name:

"Dear( Fiancee name):

Your fiancee visa is ready for processing. Please go to http : // mexico.usvisa-info . c o m to schedule a ASC Appointment and a consular section"

My question is:

Once I log in to the website, should she ( Beneficiary) input her information ( name, address, passport number) or I have to fill it out with my information? :help:

The letter is sent to both the USC and beneficiary. A lot of times the letter is never received by the beneficiary in MX because the mail is unreliable there. Since the letter is exactly the same, either can be used at the appointments in Juarez. If she never received hers, send her a copy of yours.

The beneficiary is the one applying for a visa. Their information is what is needed on the site and all the forms for the interview. The USC only needs to fill out the I-134 and provide the supporting financial documents that go with it. All the other forms are for the foreign fiance(e).

Just curious, does this letter come after the petition is approved? I am the U.S. citizen and my petition for my husband was approved Dec.5, 2012. How long did it take for you to receive this letter? We are are at 38 days now.

Thank you.
