So, am preparing to file for ROC in January, and reading many threads here, I read that every time you change of address you should inform USCIS...well never heard of that before, intill now. (kind of panic).......I've been in the US almost close to the two years, and moved 3 times in all this time. So I had have 3 different addresses without uscis knowing. Now that I know I stupidly made this simple mistake what do I do? Do I just file online the A-11 with my latest address? Do I explain in the ROC package about this mistake in the coverletter??

Any advice??

Happy New Year btw!!!

File the on-line AR-11 and have the USC sponsor file the I-865 to inform the USCIS of his/her change of address too. Then I would just put the former addresses on the form with the dates and call it good. Most people forget that they need to inform others of their change of address. When you complete the on-line AR-11, I would print out the confirmation page for your records. This is a small issue and I would not worry about it too much.

Good luck,

Dave
