After the Interview..Is it possible to get theVisa the next day

Hi folks,

As the topic says;.... After the Interview..Is it possible to get theVisa the next day.....and how to do it?........I was told by someone that went thru the process, that if I am present for the Interview with my fiancee in Manila, that we can request the Visa to be expedited, and receive it the next day....How can this happen, and what do I need to do if this is possible to make this happen?.....also, these folks that told me this, is theirs a isolated incidence that they received their Visa the next day, or does this happen often?....I cannot afford two trips to the Philippines; one for the Interview and another trip to escort her to the US....It would be wonderful to do it all in one visit and accompany her to the Interview.

I have the same question, i also have similar problem i live in a state in Brazil dont have us embassy so i have to travel to the Rio for interview, will cost some money to stying and wait all that stuffs, my Fiance wanna come to Brazil to stay with me at the interview and be able to bring me back to the USA, would be nice if we can get the Visa next day

I've heard of next-day visas at the U.S. Embassy Manila, but that was quite a while ago. I seem to remember that they were requested at the time of the interview, and occasionally the request was granted.
