Happy New Year, everyone. I'm new here and I have few inquiries. I am a naturalized US citizen for 2 years now and planning to petition my married brother from the Philippines. And I believe I will be using the form I-130. Do I have to file the I-485 along with I-130 also? And do I need to file separately for his wife and daughter? Thank you.

no, just the i130. there is a part where you will add his family, his daughter might not be able to come, because the wait for Filipino siblings is around 24 years.

immigration is current working on petitions sent in April 1989
