Hi All,

This is specifically for India.

I wanted to know if we have to carry those big big wedding photograph albums or we have to select some important photos and make a smaller album.

05/16/2012 - I-130 Sent
05/18/2012 - NOA1 Date
07/31/2012 - NOA2 Email Received

NVC:
08/03/2012 - Case arrived at NVC
08/21/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses
08/23/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (using email template and scanned copy)
08/28/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online
08/31/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID
09/13/2012 - DS-3032 accepted
09/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online
10/02/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID
11/29/2012 - AOS Package sent (via priority mail)
11/29/2012 - IV Package sent (via priority mail)
12/14/2012 - AOS/I-864 accepted
12/14/2012 - IV Packet accepted
12/19/2012 - Case Complete
01/31/2012 - Interview date assigned by email
03/08/2012 - Interview @ Mumbai Consulate

ROC:

02/02/2015 - ROC Packet sent to California Center.

02/13/2015 - Recieved NOA.

03/12/2015 - Biometrics

06/25/2015 - Approved GC

I have studied some reviews of our Indians that no need to carry big albums....we can just take some photographs are enough....

US consulate :Bombay.
29th January 2012:marriage
9th April 2012: i130 sent.
17th April 2012: NOA1 received...
13th December 2012:NOA2 received......
08th January 2013: Case number assigned by NVC
08th January 2013: paid AOS and IV bills.
28th January 2013: Sent AOS and IV packages to NVC..
20th February 2013: NVC sent checklist about our PCC ....
25th February 2013: We responded to checklist.
26th February 2013:Case completed....
4rth April 2013: Interview date...
Interview result: Approved

06th June 2013 : Reached USA

29th june 2013: Received conditional greencard...

14th March 2015: I-751 package sent to VSC.

18th March 2015: USPS delivered my package.

22 nd September: Approved for Permanent Residence Card.

25th July: NOA1 for N-400.

I say just take it, why take a chance!

You'll be selecting the photos anyway, as you can't hand them a big book through the opening. You could maybe hold it up so they can see through the glass.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
