HiFadouabae,

Your description of the RFE sounds to me as they want you and your fiancee to provide affidavits by people (both family and friends) who have knowledge of your engagement or ceremony taking place). It would have been more helpful for you to provide a scanned copy of the RFE here(and remember to redact any personal info before post a copy though). Also, I'm not sure if I understood you clearly but that's what I gather from your post. If that's the case, I would suggest that you look on the USCIS website under fiance(e) visa requirements as it clearly tells you how - i.e. date, time, DOB etc of the person or persons swearing the affidavit. You can also find sample affidavit on this website if you look under 'fiancee visas'. I am very sure others have posted samples before. You can also do a simple google search and you should find a draft sample to begin working into your own. In addition, your fiancee can find a sample which will help him create his own. Otherwise, you two would have to consult with a writer who will charge a fee to draft such an affidavit, then you can give it to the affiants to get it notarized. This should not be an overly difficult RFE to respond to if I correctly understand the way you explained it. Let's see what others in the forum have to say about this though...

Goodluck!

If you block out your personal info and scan and attach the letter we can attempt to help you.

Your English is making your post confusing

Or how about the USC? Is their English better?

Also if I hired a Laywer for my case, I would expect this representation to include an explanation of the letter
