What to do after NOA2? How long does police clearance take?

So I'm still a good 2 months away from my NOA2 i believe from VSC. I was wondering what all I can do once I get it and if i can do anything in advance (like police/passport clearance).

1. I-134 documents : I believe those shouldnt take too long to acquire (letter of employer, pay stub etc). I think we can start that as soon as we get an online notification of NOA2. Since we'll get approved around feb 2013 i anticipate, my fiance can give his tax returns rom 2012 and 2011 right ?

2. Police clearance. So I have lived in two places Delhi and Noida in India. They have two different passport offices .i had to get the renewed passport from Noida (Ghaziabad Passport office). So do i need passport clearance from both DElhi and Ghaziabad or just the place i last got my passport from?

Also for Police clearance, is it ok if i get it from my current local police office, or do i have to go to the one in Delhi also?

3. Should I apply for Police/passport clearance as soon as i get my online NOA2, or wait for Hard copy of NOA2 or wait to receive my packet asking for those clearances?

4. Birth certificate support document. I had my first name changed as a kid, so I'm just planning to show affadavits from my parents, school records, passports with both names (had the first one cancelled when i got my name changed. Im hoping that should be enough.
