Hello

Greetings of peace!

I would like to ask where I can find my approval date in my I-797? Thank you, because I'm trying to calculate if my petition is covered by the CSPA, what i see in the I-797 is receipt number, receipt date, notice date, priority date. Thank you so much for your response.

what type of petition do you have. the approval is on the second NOA or notice of action. the firt noa of the i130 form is a receipt. the second noa sent is the approval of the i130.

Thank you for your response, it's like im being hit by a train right now, because I'm starting to realize that what I'm holding right now is 1st NOA and the 2nd NOA is not with me, all this years of waiting I thought that im holding on the right document, my greatest fear is that my 2nd NOA is denied, and hurts to accept that all this years i've been waiting and keeping on track of the priority date to be current will end up to be a wasted time because i'm traveling on a very dark path to nowhere. Because my mom and all of us has no idea of all this, when she received the 1st NOA she and we thought that all we have to do is wait for the priority date to be current. SO SAD. Thank you for enlightening me.

You should call or even try to track your number on the USCIS website. If everything required was submitted then you shouldn't have been denied. Has your famliy moved and not put in a change of address ? If they denied they would have sent something to the address on file.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
