I have read that the bank is very close to children's practice and that it is cheaper than q-life clinic. Also you might need both interview letter and NVC letter.

Use the Children's practice, there is a zenith bank close by where you can pay your initial fee.... All you need for your medicals is a copy of your passport biographic page, BUT u have to take your passport with you as well for verification, 2 passport photograph, and your medical fee, the initial fee is 9000 which you will pay at the bank close by..... if you have your vaccination history record, take it with you, it will reduce the amount you are going to pay for your vaccinations. when i did mine, i paid N15000 for my vaccinations while some paid N2000 and others paid N30000 it all depends...... so its advisable to have enough money with you while going for your medicals.
