When Steve came and visit me in RP. We thought that the only thing i need to be signed is the "Letter of Intent to Marry" him.

But i've looked over the K1-Visa Guide it says that the G-325A my Biographic Information should be signed as well. Which we didn't do.

My question is, should i send the signed form through postal mail or express mail? or i can just simply signed the form, scan it and email it to him?

Also, i would like to ask about the required photo for the application. It says that it should be in a passport style photo which i knew should be in collared clothing but it says that daily clothing basis is fine...i was just confused...which is really acceptable then?

Anybody knows?

Thanks!

Hello Everyone,

I think I made a mistake on mine... I had everything scanned! From the letter of intent to marry, G-325A and my photo. I printed them out, signed them, scanned and email to my fiance :( uh oh! Are we going to end up having an RFE? Do we just need to wait for it, or we can correct them now and send a follow up documents? I signed them all in blue ink. I'm crossing my finger that it is not that bad though. Anybody tried that before? Now I'm really nervous!!!

80% yes, you would get an RFE because USCIS requires original documents with original signature. But just wait for them to send you the notice of RFE because they will put there all papers they still want from you. So if you'll wait, chances is your petition will be complete after you send the additional documents.

Thanks for the info. I'll take the 20% that we might not. I guess there's nothing we can do but wait and see how it goes...

We already settled our minds to the max of waiting period to be together which is 1 yr. Including all the mistakes that we did to lessen the frustrations and disappointments.
