hi everyone here.im new in VJ;pls help me about question number 11 and 12 Part B in 1-129F form.what should be the correct answer about question 11?.... "Has your fiance ever been to US"? is it about me or my US fiancee? im just confused.tnx everyone....

Your fiancee-- not you if you are already in the US petitioning her thats mean it is her, the answer if yes if she has been in the US ,NO if she hasnt.

the question is for the beneficiary, if you, the beneficiary have been to the US. hope this helps. good luck on your journey!

Just unterstand that the questions paperwork is meant to be filled out by the US petioner. So its as if they are asking the US petioner all the questions. So the fiancee would be whoever is not the US citizen

The I-129F asks questions about the petitioner (US Citizen) and the beneficiary (foreign fiance/e). From the form: "Part B: Information about your alien fiance/e". The question is concerning the foreign fiance/e (beneficiary). If the beneficiary has been to the US, the answer is 'yes'. If not, the answer is 'no'.
