No, she should list her assets in the same I-864 as her income.

She already sent it in I seen the mistake she is short so she wanted to add her assets Is there a way to add them or no?

I would contact NVC to see when to send it in...but if it were me...I'd go ahead and have her re-fill out the I-864. Write the same info, but this time add the assets. NVC will either accept it or tell you to provide it to the embassy at the interview.

A friend of mine submitted an I-864 from a joint sponsor..and they left the whole income tax section blank! HUGE mistake. NVC went ahead and closed the case and sent it on to the Cairo Embassy. Then at the interview they were denied until they can get another sponsor or turn in the correct information.

So I say call NVC asap to see if there's still time to send it to them :)

Hope this helps!
