Hello. I am a little confuse sisters and brothers and it bothers me on what form should I fill up in adjusting of status is it I-751 or I-485? I am married to american and I entered as CR1 in the U.S. 2 months ago. I also want to apologize for not updating my timeline it's because I am helping my husband in training dogs and doing stuff in the house. By the way, hopefully you can help me regarding this matter. You do not adjust status. You would be removing Conditions 90 days from when your Green card expires. There's nothing you need to do now. Looks like you entered maybe in August . So about May of 2014 you will be filling out the forms to ROC (Remove conditions). So rest now.

You do have a greencard right? You need to read the guides so you know what evidence to have in 2 years nohtinglike getting things together and keeping a log or something.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Please Please put your VJ member name only. Not nicknames or real names whatever your VJ name is. It's below your profile picture!!
