Hello everyone ,

We are working on the I-129 package now , collecting all what we have read on this site , but i have a question about my criminal backgrounds

WHEN they should be sent ? I am from Peru and My fiance from USA , In the past 5 years i have lived in 3 countries .

I know i have to get all of them but my doubt is if they should be filed with the I-129 package ?

PLEASE GUYS if You have gone through this ,,, Could You share what you did ?

Follow the directions exactly and you will never go wrong- take a look in the guides section above. K-1 guide

You do not send criminal record checks in with your initial package.

You will need those after your NOA2, I believe.

Not needed right now when you submit your I-129F petition. Once approved then you will bring it on the day of interview along with other requirements.
