Hi to everyone, hopefully somebody can answer my question here,.. I mail my i130 for my minor son last October 29, 2012...I know its only been 10 days, but i am worried coz i been looking in other poeples timeline, and most of them got NOA1 in 4 to 10 days, I know they recieve the application coz USPS say Delivered on Nov 1.. I didnt get any email/text, checks is not cash.

I know that when my husband filled the application he forgot to mark the marital status, i already ask here in the forum what happen if we forgot to mark the marital status, and they say that worst case i ll get RFE or reject application,

Anyway, if the application is rejected how long USCIS return the application to me?

Oh im so worried

Thank you in advance who ever can enlighten me.

Have you checked to see if your check or money order was cashed? For some reason they are not always reliable with the text and email notification. The hardcopy usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. So as long as you checked it was received and you checked to see check /money order is cashed just hang on I am sure its coming.
