have supplied the following proof:

1. Letter from family member states where we will live back in the family home rent free.

2. Email from school where we intend to send our child.

3 Application made to Bank of America

4. Business interests to purchase a business

Not sure what else we can send? maybe my recent voting confirmation for recent election?

I have the same problem as you. One thing you could add is job applications or correspondence of a job search if you aren't already employed in the states. I sent out a bunch of resumes and I'm saving all the emails that I sent and that I get back. (I really am looking just sooner than I would have) I also filled out an application. I'll probably fill out at least two more. I see you have business interest in the states, but in my opinion this couldn't hurt. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I talked to one of the experts on www.justanswer.com that this site links to she said on thing I could do is get a 3 month lease at a corporate housing complex. I won't do that, but I saw something about a prelease that I might go ahead and do.

Oh, you might include a letter stating your intent to return with your spouse and no later.

I think I found my error, in the I-864 we put our address in Australia and not the address in the US where we are Domicile...under "Domicile" we put Australia.

I don't think they allow a letter from your mother in law (at least they didnt for mine) you need to get your mother in law to fill out an offical lease form and then you sign it; send the photocopy of this to the NVC to prove domicile.

We got RFE for our domicile after sending in a letter but accepted with a copy of an official lease from my mother in law.

I'm just trying to prep my 864EZ ahead of time.

Should I put my US address on there like you stated?

On question #2 right under my husband's name?

Or do I just put the US address under MY name?
