CFO Question - Requirements

It says in the CFO website that we need an Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data summary for US bound. What is that? Does that apply to K-1 visas? Thanks!

That's the white paper attached to the yellow visa packet envelope. Have that photocopied but DO NOT detach it from the envelope.

I've read here one time that's N/A for K1, I could be wrong about it.

Thanks. the yellow packet' upper left corner is open and it exposes the passport number. The tear seem be to be purposefully to reveal the passport number. Is that normal? What is the registration fee? I know the counseling has a 400 pesos fee, but is there a registration fee for the actual sticker?

You don't need that because you are a K1 visa holder, I did asked that too before.. Then one of my friend told me i don''t need it, it's only for CR1 holder..

I paid 250 pesos then another 150 pesos just 500 pesos will be enough for the CFO seminar fee, for the CFO sticker i think i paid 650 pesos..

To confirm, you paid around 650 pesos in fees? That's the total...

Few months ago it says a separate 250php for registration then 400php for the Guidance and Counseling Session but now it only says 400php. Bring at least 650php just in case.

The seminar and CFO sticker are diffrent

seminar cost around 500 pesos

I'm not sure if that's normal but it seems like a lot of the visas have at least from kind of tear from transport or just simply mishandling from 2Go. Just don't make it any worst than it's current condition.

what we did is open it to get the passport from the center just enough to get the passport. We talked to someone and they said she has it too. It would be great if other people can confirm

The diagonal cut on the corner is on all the envelopes used on visa packets . The diagonal cut is intentional and is suppose to be like that. Immigrant Data Summary does not apply to K1.
