We filed for AOS in April of this year and our case was transferred to CSC on the 16th of May. He received his AP/EAD card in July. When can we expect his green card? Anyone with a similar timeline? Help, I'm starting to worry! Anything I can do to find out?

Thanks,

Danielle

All you can do is wait, I've been waiting since February and we just received an RFE.

They are getting through the workload, but very slowly.

From what I can grasp they have split the files between two places as of recently and they are having a difficult time differentiating between their backsides and elbows...

Either way, welcome to the waiting game :)

Timeline

You are not alone, the NOA date on my application was April 17th and transferred to CSC on May 24th and still no greencard or news from them. I received my EAD July too. We did called the USCIS customer service last Monday and that man told us to wait 15days to call them back if we still dont hear anything.

Similar here. Filed May 1st, transferred to CSC in mid May. EAD and AP in July. Nothing since. If you call they'll tell you to wait for 15 days. Nothing will happen, then you call again they'll tell you to wait for another 45 days. It's a tiresome and disheartening waiting game.

the wait would be frustrating, yet odd things happen. Check in my signature. I do not understand WHY I have my green card already, but I'm not complaining. I was expecting to be waiting along with you guys and beyond. So wonders do happen.

:( Hopefully you will all get yours soon.
