Hello VJ members! My hubby just got U.S Citizenship...but if we try to upgrade my petition, I will left my baby coz he will not be my derivative anymore...my case is completed but we did not seperate petition for my baby! Or should I wait for my pd to become current? Since my pd is August 22, 2010...just hoping that I will get interview for December VB...

I think you should wait for your interview and come to US on a F2A category.

IS there any way that someone can send I-130 to his/her child along with N-400, Citizenship application?
