Respected Members,

I have a question regarding I485 . I have my Interview on 19th Nov and NVC want me to bring updated I-485 at the time of Interview.

Question is :

My wife petition for me, because she is not working my brother in law sponsor me as a Co - sponsor. In that case we have to fill two I864?

1st I864 Filled by my wife as a sponsor.

2nd I864 Filles by brother in law ( Co Sponsor ) he is working full time and getting $60K a year.

So at the time of interview i should provide 2 I864 as mention above. M i right Some one please correct me if i am wrong.

Yes, you are correct- two I-864s, and two sets of tax papers and other proofs.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

If she never worked and never had any income, how did she live? That may be seen as suspect. However, she can write a letter explaining why she was not required to file taxes instead of submitting tax papers.
