Good morning fellow VJ members, i need some advice. Well i received my NOA2-I797 Notice of Action Approval letter on Oct 24th. I was informed that my case was forwared to NVC which will then send it to the consulate in Guyana. I would like the send a copy of the I-129F packet to my fiance along with the NOA2 approval letter and other supporting documents ASAP.

Question: Should i be expecting an approval letter from NVC along with our new case # ? (If so I would like to send a copy of it to my fiance along with the packet).

We got a letter from NVC, cross- referencing the old USCIS number and the DoS case file number. Sorry don't recall much else of its contents. However, be advised that some people receive this letter, some do not... Likely inconsistent application.

Good luck on your visa journey.
