hi , everyone here

i'm the relative (wife) living outside Us ,my husband is the petitionner,

we are trying to gather papers that we need to include with Form i-130 before send it to USCIS

is it possible to send to my husband some papers like ( our marriage certificate wich will be translated in englesh) by Fax, ?

:no: FEDEX and DHL in the city where i live, closed from a long time , there is just normal/express postal service

Check out the guide on how to assemble the I-130, as you can see you do not need to send originals, copies of the documents will be sufficient (Birth certificates,Marriage certificates, divorce decrees, etc.) I would suggest to send them to your husband, via email, in a pdf format, please note that when your case goes to the NVC stage, you will need to send the original documents, so keep them handy. Also, if you are planning on getting more help on this website, I'd suggest you complete your timeline.

You still need to sign the biometrics page and provide original passport photos, etc. regardless, which will need to be mailed. You can check to see if there is maybe a DHL or UPS in the nearest large city closest to you. My husband had to travel 2 hours each way to reach the nearest DHL... but it was totally worth it.

11/08/2012: I-130 NOA2 in 44 days after NOA1

NVC:11/19/2012: I-130 @ NVC

12/05/2012: Case & IID asign

12/19/2012: AoS paid n send

12/20/2012: AoS received

02/18/2012: IV Paid

04/15/2013: IV send

04/16/2013: IV received

04/25/2013: NVC case complete

06/26/2013: NVC send email notification for interview

07/11/2013: Interview approved

09/06/2013: POE @ JFK

CRBA: 05/20/2013: Approved

6/8/2015 - Removal of conditions - sent off packet to VSC
6/9/20015 - I-751 received in VSC

6/12/2015 - NOA1
