That's another plus! I hope and pray we don't have AP. I will keep my fingers crossed. I told him what you said about eye contact and speaking clearly and calmly. He said: "thank-you".

06-26-2012 - 130 Approved

07-16-2012 - NVC Received

10-11-2012 - Case Completed at NVC

11-01-2012 - Interview Scheduled - Approved

11-06-2012 - Passport In Hand

11-13-2012 - POE at LAX

11-29-2012 - Permenant Resident Card Received

12-10-2012 - SS# Received

08-13-2014 - Must Apply to Remove Restrictions

Timeline

Husband came 7 months ago.

Had 2 months of AP

He asked at the end of the interview "Am I in AP?"

She said yes. He said how long and she said 14 weeks!!! I am glad it was only 7 weeks

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS
