Wellll the first time my fiancé visited on VWP he was harassed for over an hour in another screening room, he finally got through and we were not engaged at that point... The second time he came to visit WITH a return ticket he was harassed AGAIN for over an hour... they didn't let him enter the country. They said he came with the intent to migrate (they also said that the first time) however they had no proof at all... they kept saying what they wanted to hear but he wouldn't agree to their lies. So, he flew here 15 hours, took an hour or so of abuse, then flew right back home. I assume its different when you have all your visa paperwork coming in on a k1 or whatever you may have... but just visiting as a single male with a foreign "middle eastern" sounding name.. be prepared for the BS. He and I both agreed NO MORE DULLES! Not trying to scare you just giving our account of what happened... I realize everyones different.
