Hello vj member's

my hubby sent our paperwoks(I-130) last oct 13th 2012. but we haven't anything heard yet for Noa1, no email or txt yet. how manks days or week to having a noa1??

thanks to everyone reply.. thanks again... just worrying here

it is how many days or weeks to having a noa1..

some others are already had noa1 only 5 days,,

DEC / 22 / 2012-- recieved Hardcopy of Noa2

JAN/ 05/ 2013-- Recieved our papers to NVC

feb 11 2013__ paid aos

april 15 2013-- paid iv bill

aug 29,2013-AOS AND IV PACKET recieved nvc sept 3 2013

sept 6 2013 sent via email ds260

sep 27 2013 2tNVC- got email checklist

NOV 16 2013 sent nvc checklist document fedex istimate friday will recieve to nvc

nov 25 2013--nvc review our docs. waiting for cc

dec 6 2013 -- nvc email got 2nd checklist but case complete.

dec 13 2013-- got P4

dec 19 and 20-- passed medical

It can take up to 60 days to receive the NOA1. Have you been keeping an eye on the bank to see when the cheque is cashed?

It can take up to 60 days to receive the NOA1. Have you been keeping an eye on the bank to see when the cheque is cashed?

my hubby he will check the cheque to the bank this monday if they cashed out or not yet..

my NOA1 came within a week after sending... i suggest you call them!

ok i will tell to my hubby.. but he was told me last other day there was a letter came from mail his brother told him. coz my hubby is in the road all the time. so we dont know if its noa1 or rfe. hope not rfe... ...

Hi.. We are in the same boat. My hubby sent the i-130 last oct. 12 and until now still waiting for a text/email. hope it will be this week. God bless us

We send our papers on oct 10th I got acceptance email with noa1 number on oct 16th.. It will be there soon just check your email.. :) now it's been forwarded to California service center so within 7-10days my fiancé will receive something in the post and the copy of the noa1 receipt.
